Blog & Event (the "Product"), including its source code, design, documentation, and all associated assets, is the intellectual property of neko.studio. The Product is licensed, not sold — purchasing a license grants you the right to use the Product under the terms below; it does not transfer ownership or copyright to you.


2. License Scope

Your use of the Product is governed by the license you purchased through CodeCanyon/Envato Market. Please refer to the applicable Envato license terms (Regular License or Extended License) for the exact number of end products you may use this Product on. This page supplements, but does not replace, the Envato license terms.


3. What You May Do

  1. Use the Product to build and operate your own project(s), within the scope of your purchased license
  2. Configure the Product through its built-in settings, admin panel, and environment configuration
  3. Modify the source code for your own use, with the understanding that modified code falls outside our official update and support coverage (see our Modification & Support Disclaimer)


4. What You May Not Do

  1. Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Product's source code — in original or modified form — as a standalone product or template
  2. Claim authorship of the Product or represent it as your own original work
  3. Remove or alter copyright notices, license headers, or attribution embedded in the source code
  4. Use the Product, or substantial portions of its code, to create a competing product for resale


5. Trademarks

"Blog & Event," "neko.studio," and associated logos are trademarks of neko.studio. Use of these names or logos to imply endorsement, affiliation, or authorship without written permission is not permitted.


6. Reporting Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in this Product without authorization, or if you discover unauthorized copies or redistribution of this Product, please contact us at contact us page with details of the alleged infringement.


7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
