How to install.
Does this work with both Apache and Nginx?

Yes. The product ships with both a .htaccess file (for Apache/LiteSpeed hosting) and a sample Nginx configuration, so it runs on either without extra setup. If your host uses something else, check our [System Requirements] section or reach out via Contact.

Can I modify the source code?

Yes. Blog & Event Core is delivered as ready-to-use PHP source (not obfuscated), so you're free to modify it for your own use. However, once you modify the core files, that code falls outside our official update and support coverage — future updates may not apply cleanly, and we won't be able to debug custom changes. If you need functionality beyond what's built in, reach out via our Contact page first; it may already be possible through configuration.

How do updates work, and is it safe to update?

Updates are applied from System > Update using an official update package — either fetched automatically or uploaded manually if your server can't reach our update server. Before any files are changed, the system automatically backs up your current code, so you can restore instantly from System > Backup if anything looks wrong after an update.

FAQ page vs. help center: What’s the difference?

An FAQ page provides quick answers to common questions about products, services, or policies. A help center offers more detailed resources, including guides, tutorials, and troubleshooting articles. FAQs focus on speed and simplicity, while help centers support deeper problem-solving.

Implement an FAQ page to address recurring questions and reduce simple support requests. Use a help center when customers need step-by-step guidance or detailed explanations. Many businesses use both together to deliver fast answers and comprehensive support.

Why are FAQ pages important for good customer service?

Customers expect fast answers when problems arise. FAQ pages help them find solutions quickly without waiting for support. They also reduce repetitive questions and make support operations more efficient.

Instant, 24/7 access to answers

FAQ pages give customers immediate access to answers anytime. Customers can solve problems independently across time zones, devices, and channels. Faster answers reduce frustration and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Where can you publish an FAQ page?

Businesses have multiple strategic locations where they publish FAQ pages to maximize accessibility and customer satisfaction. The most common and effective approach is creating a FAQ page on your company website, typically accessible through the main navigation menu or footer links. This central location serves as a comprehensive resource that customers can reference at any time, reducing support ticket volume and improving user experience.
